Mediation is a fast, fair, court-favored way to settle lawsuits and other disputes. No one decides who wins or who loses, rather the Mediator tries to get both parties to agree on a resolution that meets the critical interests of both sides.

Starting September 1, 2024, mediation sessions are $200 per hour, with each side paying one half of that fee. Payment is due at the end of the session. We accept payment by cash, VENMO, and all major credit and debit cards. There is a fee for cancellation.

The parties should come to mediation with all documents and other information that may assist in resolving the issues, such as court documents, proof/evidence, financial declarations, pay stubs, W2s, tax returns, bank statements, retirement account statements, debt statements, appraisals on home or vehicles, and lists of all personal property.
